Newsletter
Banksia Care knows the importance of feeling included and being aware of what’s going on around you. As our disability residential care facility will be slightly bigger than the home you have come from, our monthly newsletter is just one of the ways we keep everyone informed. Watch out, you might star in our next edition!
What our Families Say
When we welcome a new resident to Banksia Care, we also extend that welcome to their families and friends. We have been fortunate at Banksia to have met so many wonderful families who have entrusted us with the care of their loved one. We know that passing the full-time care of a close family member, loved one or friend over to virtual strangers is an emotional and tough time, but also one that we hope will prove both comforting and inclusive.
If that choice is now in your hands, here is what some of our families and residents have had to say….
Staff
Finding that right person, someone you can trust, rely on and feel protected by is difficult and never more so when that person is entrusted to take care of someone with additional needs.
At Banksia Care, we take our responsibility of selecting the right staff to care for our clients very seriously and have an intensive HR and recruitment process to ensure we select the very best person for each position we have available.
When choosing Banksia Care, you can be sure you have also chosen a team who is dedicated, highly skilled, trained and passionate about quality disability care services who will do their very best to provide the highest level of care and support.
